60 Second-Self hypnosis
When your conscious mind holds an idea exclusively, for example; "I meditate for 30 minutes every day.” that becomes a reality.
You shift from wilful to willing because your subconscious mind accepts the dominant thought. By paying attention to your inner dialogue, you ensure your imagination and conscious desires are aligned and that overrides any uncertainty. Set your intention so that your mind fully embraces a positive outcome without reservation. By removing any mental blocks, you achieve success with ease. This actionable mindset uses statements that are direct and spoken with certainty in the present moment; for example; "I am meditating for 30 minutes every single day.”
Repeat the practice daily and keep going until you’ve achieved the desired result.
The 60-Second Practice
Follow these steps to cement your intention:
Eliminate all distractions, breathe in and out deeply, and focus.
Commit to the power of your anchor phrase ("I am meditating for 30 minutes every single day") and memorise it.
Close your eyes and repeat the phrase with conviction. Direct the words internally to yourself, and then repeat them slowly out loud 4 times.
Visualise and fully embrace the feeling of having already achieved your outcome.
