What is happening with the 'perceived' increase of UFO / UAP activity
For anyone that knows me, knows that I am a firm believer in all things cosmic! Including ET's - Starseeds and our ancient lineages. I wanted to share my perspective with those of you that are also wondering why we are perceiving more cosmic activity than ever before.
Firstly, the field between dimensions thinning. When the collective frequency rises, the bandwidth between human consciousness and non‑human consciousness becomes more accessible. You’re not seeing more ET activity because they suddenly arrived. You’re seeing more because you’re finally tuned to the layer where they’ve always been operating.
There are a few key things happening at once:
Human consciousness is widening — people are becoming more perceptive, more intuitive, more energetically sensitive, which naturally makes them aware of presences and intelligences that were previously outside their perceptual range.
The collective field is destabilising old density — as the old structures dissolve, the “noise” that blocked higher‑band contact is weakening. This makes subtle contact easier, not because ETs changed, but because humans did.
Parallel‑realm bleed‑through is increasing — timelines, dimensions, and states of consciousness are brushing closer together. People feel this as déjà vu, flickers, presences, or sudden intuitive downloads.
Higher‑band intelligences are becoming more active in the field — not to intervene, but to stabilise. They’re holding coherence while humanity moves through a frequency jump.
More people are remembering their own non‑Earth lineages — star‑lineage memory is surfacing because the frequency now supports it. This creates a sense of “ET contact” that is actually self‑contact across dimensions.
The veil between incarnational layers is thinning — people are sensing guides, councils, and parallel selves more clearly. This is often misinterpreted as external ET contact when it’s actually internal multidimensional integration.
The human nervous system is evolving — the body is becoming more capable of perceiving subtle fields, which makes ET presence feel closer, even if nothing has physically changed.
ET activity feels heightened because human awareness is heightened — the shift is in us, not in them.
Now for the Science.
If you are still reading, you will also know that I ALWAYS want to include a scientific slant where I can, so here I go:
Human perception is frequency‑limited — and science confirms it
Science already shows that humans see less than 1% of the electromagnetic spectrum.
We only perceive:
a tiny sliver of visible light
a narrow band of sound
a limited range of electromagnetic fields
This means most of reality is already outside human perception, which aligns with the idea that ET or higher‑band intelligences exist in frequencies we normally don’t detect.
This is mainstream physics — not fringe.
The brain filters out 99% of sensory input
Neuroscience (Baars, Dehaene, Tononi) shows that the brain acts as a filter, not a camera.
It removes anything that doesn’t match:
survival relevance
prior belief
expected reality
When consciousness expands or the “filter relaxes,” people naturally perceive more subtle phenomena.
This supports the idea that ET presence hasn’t increased — human perception has widened.
Geomagnetic and solar activity affect human consciousness

Schumann resonance variations

sleep
intuition
heart‑brain coherence
